Facebook & Instagram Ads Management for Small Business

A clear offer, ready-to-use materials and one advertising goal. Mark helps you launch and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns with a PAD specialist checking the work.

When Mark is a good fit

You know what you sell and where you can serve customers. You have copy, images or video ready, and you want help turning those materials into a campaign. You also need to see where the money went and which actions the ads generated.

Mark starts with a limited scope: one platform, one offer, up to two active campaigns and up to four ad variants. Facebook and Instagram are part of the Meta launch. Google Ads is planned next and is not included in the current pilot.

If you need positioning, a new website, original creative production or a dedicated marketer to develop a strategy, we should discuss that work separately before you subscribe.

What the team does

  1. Agree the desired action, geography and spending limit. Check whether the chosen conversion can be measured.
  2. Prepare a campaign using your supplied materials and show it before launch.
  3. Review settings, ads and tracking. Submit ads for platform approval.
  4. Monitor the spending limit, report conversions and their cost, and keep a history of changes.

AI prepares routine work and proposed changes. A PAD specialist reviews them before publication. Some operations are manual during the pilot as we develop the automation. You can ask the team questions about the service.

What it costs

The pilot price is $350 per 30 days for the first three companies. The regular price is $499 per 30 days. Payment is in advance. Advertising spend is separate from the service fee.

There is no spend-based fee in the first month. From month two, an additional 3% of actual advertising spend applies. For example, $1,000 of actual ad spend adds $30 to the service fee. This is a calculation example, not a recommended budget.

New creative or revisions, ad audits, marketing consultations, website changes and code installation cost extra. A dedicated marketer, strategy, ongoing hypothesis development and regular calls are outside the base subscription. We agree extra work and its price first.

What you will be able to measure

Your report shows spend, the agreed conversions, cost per conversion and a change history. We check the chosen action before launch. Depending on the campaign and tracking setup, that may be a purchase, website enquiry, lead form submission, call or message.

A click or an opened chat is not automatically a lead. A form submission is not automatically a qualified customer. We do not guarantee a number of leads or sales. Your offer, audience, budget and follow-up all affect the outcome.

Account access and stopping work

The pilot uses PAD infrastructure. Results are available in the service; ad account access is not part of the base subscription. Your materials remain yours. If campaign transfer matters to you, raise it before launch so we can agree the arrangement.

We confirm payment, pause and cancellation terms in an agreement before starting. Contact PAD to stop. Ads stop if the next subscription period is unpaid or the advertising budget runs out.

Prepare for a first conversation

Send your website or offer, the locations you serve, the action you want people to take and your available ad budget. Tell us whether your copy and visuals are ready and who will respond to enquiries. We can then check whether the pilot fits your needs.

Use the launch checklist to spot missing pieces before you spend on advertising.
